We guide each project through a structured process so you always know what’s happening, what’s coming next, and what to expect along the way.
Our role is to keep things organized, reduce surprises, and make sure every stage is properly thought through before moving forward.
Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation to understand your vision, your property, and what you’re hoping to build.
This initial consultation is always free of charge, and it’s just as much about getting to know each other as it is about the project itself. Building a home is a long process, and we believe it should feel personal from the start.
It’s important that both sides feel confident moving forward — professionally and personally — so this is a chance to make sure we’re the right fit for each other.
Design & Planning Agreement
Next we move into a design and planning agreement where we work through feasibility, early design, and preliminary estimating.
At this stage, you can choose to get detailed with selections — finishes, fixtures, exterior materials — or keep things more general if you’re not ready to decide yet.
If selections remain general, budgets are based on allowances and may shift as decisions are finalized later. Our goal here is to build a clear, realistic path forward.
Pre-Construction & Permitting
Once a preliminary budget is approved, we move into pre-construction.
This is where we finalize selections, lock in the budget, and prepare everything required for permit submission.
We coordinate the details so the project is fully set up before construction begins.
Construction Agreement
With permits underway or approved, we finalize the construction agreement and scope of work.
From there, we move into construction — managing the build from start to finish with consistent communication, oversight, and attention to detail throughout.
Completion & Handover
As the project wraps up, we walk through the home with you, complete final details, and make sure everything is delivered properly.
