INITIAL CONSULTATION
We start with a conversation to understand your goals, your property, and what you’re hoping to achieve—whether you’re building a custom home, planning a renovation, adding space, or creating a suite.

This initial consultation is always free of charge, and it’s just as much about getting to know each other as it is about the project itself. No matter the scope, these projects are a big decision, and we believe the process should feel personal and well-guided from the very beginning.

It’s important that both sides feel confident moving forward—professionally and personally—so this is an opportunity to make sure we’re the right fit for your project.
Design & Planning Agreement
Next, we move into a design and planning agreement where we work through feasibility, layout and design considerations, and preliminary budgeting for your project—whether it’s a custom home, renovation, addition, or suite.
At this stage, you can choose to get detailed with selections—finishes, fixtures, and materials—or keep things more general if you’re not ready to make those decisions yet.
If selections remain general, budgets are based on allowances and may adjust as details are finalized. Our goal is to create a clear, realistic path forward so you can move ahead with confidence.
Pre-Construction & Permitting
Once a preliminary budget is approved, we move into pre-construction.

At this stage, permit applications are submitted while we continue working through the final details of your project—confirming selections, refining scope, and solidifying the budget, whether it’s a custom home, renovation, addition, or suite.

Our goal during this phase is to ensure everything is fully coordinated and ready to go, so once permits are in place, construction can begin smoothly and without unnecessary delays.
Construction Agreement
With permits in place or nearing approval, we finalize the construction agreement and confirm the full scope of work.
From there, we move into construction—managing your project from start to finish with clear communication, consistent oversight, and careful attention to detail every step of the way, whether it’s a custom home, renovation, addition, or suite.
Completion & Handover
As the project wraps up, we walk through the home with you, complete final details, and make sure everything is delivered properly.
